The horizontally split type plummer blocks of the 'PRE' SN series are best suited for low loads, speeds, and generally clean, temperate environments.
The SN series plummer blocks have a bearing seat width that allows for axial mobility. One or two locating rings are inserted to position a locating bearing, depending on whether it is axially oriented.
Grease lubrication is acceptable for SN series plummer blocks. Plummer blocks can be ordered with felt strips and grease nipples.
