PRE WITHDRAWAL SLEEVES

PRE Withdrawal Sleeve typically consists of a hollow cylindrical sleeve made of steel or another durable material. The sleeve fits over the shaft and is positioned between the bearing and the shaft to create a gap. When used, the sleeve applies an external force to the bearing, allowing it to be pulled off the shaft without causing damage to the bearing or the shaft itself.

  • Standard PRE Withdrawal Sleeves: These are the most common type and are typically used for most general-purpose bearing applications.

  • Hydraulic PRE Withdrawal Sleeves: In some cases, hydraulic assistance may be used for removing particularly stubborn bearings. These are equipped with hydraulic systems to apply higher, more precise force.

  • Self-locking PRE Withdrawal Sleeves: Some withdrawal sleeves include a locking mechanism that ensures the sleeve stays securely in place during the removal process.
